    Refund Policy

    The SCIC Cochlear Implant Program has a “no refund” policy on the purchase of it’s promotional goods unless it can be shown that we have been neglectful or careless in the provision of the goods and that you have been monetarily disadvantaged or it can be shown that the goods are faulty.

    Shipping Policy

    The SCIC Cochlear Implant Program will forward promotional goods by ordinary mail unless specifically requested to do otherwise. In such cases you will be responsible for any additional costs involved.

    Delivery Policy

    The SCIC Cochlear Implant Program will endeavour at all times to ensure that goods are delivered within 10 working days of the order being received at our Office. SCIC will not be responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other delivery contractors.

    Customer Service Policy

    If you have ordered promotional goods from the SCIC Cochlear Implant Program and they are not available in stock or delivery will be delayed, the SCIC Cochlear Implant Program will advise you accordingly within 3 working days of the order being received in our Office.
