    The SCIC Cochlear Implant Program records names, contact details and donation history of all our donors and purchasers and stores the information on a secure and confidential database. This information is collected primarily through donation slips from appeals and special events.

    While using this website we may request certain personal information to facilitate placing an order/making a donation. This may include your:

    • Address
    • Contact numbers
    • Email address
    • Credit card details; and User details.

    We use this information in various ways: to communicate with you regarding your order/donation, to facilitate delivery of your order/receipt and to receive credit card authorisation.

    All payments are made via the St George Web Advantage system. All information we collect is encrypted and transmitted to St George Bank using SSL technology
    You are welcome to make an anonymous donation, however in this situation we are unable to issue you with a tax-deductible receipt.

    Information received from you when you make a donation may be used to assist with further fundraising activities of the SCIC Cochlear Implant Program.
    The SCIC Cochlear Implant Programwould from time to time, also like to acknowledge your support in an Annual Report and other associated publications.

    If you do not agree to any of these activities, you must advise the SCIC Cochlear Implant Program when you make a donation.
